Children's Birthday Parties
We have a big heart for children - and a particularly big one for birthday boys and girls!
Children up to and including 14 years of age don't pay any entrance fee on their special day.
Various special birthday treats are on offer this year too. Birthday children just have to choose what they like best. You can celebrate:

Do I need to present proof of my child's birthday? What kind of proof do I have to provide?
Unfortunately more and more people try to cheat and purchase discounted entrance tickets although it's not their children's birthday. Our employees have therefore been instructed to request proof and check the age of our guests carefully.
We need you to present proper proof of age for birthday children up to and including 14 years of age. Any of the following documents will be accepted as proof: a copy of the birth certificate or valid children's passport, your health insurance card showing the name and birth date of your child, or similar.
How and where do I have to register my child for the sea lion show and the parade?
That's easy. To register your child for the sea lion show and / or the parade, just call us on +49(0)4563-474-0, send an e-mail to infos@hansapark.de or report to our Service and Information Centre. We just need to know your child's name and age as well as your contact data.
The parade takes place daily at 3.00 p.m., in dry weather only, and lasts for about 30 minutes.
Our sea lions perform daily at 11.00a.m., 1.00 p.m. and 5.15 p.m. for about 20 minutes. Please state what time your child wants to participate in the sea lion show when registering.
Sea Lion Show
On the day of your visit, please proceed straight to our Service and Information Centre upon your arrival. Our staff will give you a birthday button for your child so that everyone knows it's his/her birthday. Show times may change on occasion. We therefore kindly ask you to check with our employees at the Service Centre to confirm the schedule. Please also approach the staff at the entrance to the Water Circus approximately 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the show and tell them that the birthday child has arrived and would like to take part in the sea lion show.
Parade
If your child takes part in the parade, please proceed to the Service Centre upon your arrival. Our staff will give your child a birthday button so that the parade stars recognise him/her as a birthday child. Please be at the wooden statue of a Mexican man at the Plaza San Antonio about 10 minutes prior to the start of the parade. Your child and all the other birthday children will sit in our carriage. The parade takes approximately 30 minutes. A park employee will help all birthday children get out of the carriage at the Plaza del Mar where their parents can collect them.
We kindly ask for your understanding that for safety reasons the HANSA-PARK parade will not take place in inclement weather.

Celebrating your child’s birthday at HANSA-PARK is a merry event - a day away from work, stress and daily routine! Our free-of-charge party room invites you to take a seat at a colourful, fancily decorated birthday table with a throne for the birthday boy or girl to preside over everything. Admission to the Park is free for birthday children up to 14 years. HANSA-PARK’s colourful parade, which takes place daily, or the sea lion show will make the day an unforgettable experience.
