Tips for Your Group Visit

Here are our tips to ensure that your group outing at HANSA-PARK is a memorable one!

Registration

In order to speed up processes at the group box office, we advise you to pre-register your group at least 2 working days prior to your planned visit at HANSA-PARK. If you require assistance in any way, please call us on +49 (0) 4563/474-0 or send us a fax on +49 (0) 4563/474-100. You may also send your inquiry by mail.

Arrival

You will receive your adventure tickets at our special group box offices as well as a park map with an overview of our show programme. We kindly request the person in charge of the group to check the number of participants as well as whether all group members have paid their entrance fee prior to collecting the tickets.

Visiting Day Recommendations

During the main season we recommend visiting HANSA-PARK on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as these are usually the days when waiting times are shorter. In the low season we recommend visiting the park on any working day from Monday to Friday.

Coach Tour Operators

The internet pages of the Gütegemeinschaft Buskomfort at www.buskomfort.de and our internet website provide you with a list of coach tour operators. We are sure you’ll find the perfect transport for your group outing.

Reachability

We would be delighted to offer the person in charge of your group to leave his/her mobile phone number with our staff at the service building during your stay.

First Aid

If you require emergency first aid, contact our medical staff trained to assist in emergencies at the First Aid Station in the Service Centre at the main entrance. You may also approach an employee in the park who will notify our medical staff.

Lost & Found

You have found something or lost an item of property? Our staff at the Information and Service Centre will be happy to assist you. Found items will be held at our Service Centre. Unclaimed items will be passed to the lost property office in charge at the beginning of the month following the month the item was found. In addition, you may look for your lost items on the internet at: http://fundsuche02.kivbf.de online.

Meeting Point

Our over-large beach chair or our floral clock at the "The Hanseatic League in Europe” theme world at the entrance area makes for an excellent meeting point. You may also decide to meet at our earthy Trappers’ Camp where five trapper lodges are available for individual booking. Each trapper lodge is equipped with a lockable luggage room. By the way: barbecuing is welcome here! We’ll be happy to provide you with a well-stuffed barbecue package.

Lockers

On the ground floor of our Service Centre you will find lockers of various sizes at your disposal, where you can safely deposit your valuables against a small fee. Please note that HANSA-PARK and its employees cannot assume liability for objects passed to them or left unattended within the area of HANSA-PARK.

Taking a Break

If you wish to leave the park and want to return the same day, please approach one of our staff at the exit. It is, of course possible to re-enter the park later.

Day’s Agenda, incl. Additional Services

If your order includes additional special offers, the day’s agenda will be determined together with you at the Service Centre.

Weather

Please watch the weather forecast for the day you have planned your visit to ensure that you’ll be dressed suitably. We advise you to wear robust yet comfortable footwear. If the weather is cooler, use our water attractions towards the end of your visit. If you are more than just a little wet, our staff at the Service Centre will be happy to assist you and - subject to availability - offer you a set of spare clothes while you are waiting for your own ones to dry.

Tips if you plan to book a joint lunch or similar additional services
  • Please make your booking well in advance even if you are not exactly sure how many persons will join.
  • Please let us know the exact number of persons and your choice of meal at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
  • Please order a uniform menu to allow us to serve you fast and smoothly.
  • Upon your arrival, you will be given detailed information on the time and location of your meal at our group box office.
  • We will try our best to meet your time and location requirements.
  • If a gastronomic service booked in advance is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the booking date, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees of up to 50%.
