Dear Colleagues

We do appreciate it a lot if you are planning a report on the park in combination with a visit to HANSA-PARK. We would like to assist you in the best possible way and do everything for you to be able to work without interruptions. We therefore kindly ask you to complete the accreditation form and send it back to us by e-mail. Of course, you can also fax it to us on +49 (0) 4563 4 74-100 or post it to us to:

Our PR department will either confirm the date you requested or, in exceptional cases, arrange for an alternative date. In order to ensure that we can meet your individual requests, we kindly ask you to give us a rough idea of the report you intend to write.

For instance, should you wish to conduct interviews or plan to photograph or film in the park, we kindly ask you to let us know well in advance so to allow us to make arrangements with the HANSA-PARK departments involved and grant you the necessary photographing and filming approvals.

If you would like us to assist you in your work, we'll be pleased to send you our press portfolio, photo CD or a broadcastable Beta SP video cassette. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We are looking forward to welcoming you, reading your reports and, of course, receiving specimen copies.
