You are looking forward to an exciting day at HANSA-PARK but don’t have sufficient funds in your purse? Don’t worry – there is an international ATM provided by the Sparkasse Holstein in the Service Centre at the main entrance.
All the excitement is tiring. High time to take the littlies off their feet and push them for while! At the entrance, we have free-of-charge strollers at your disposal. However we kindly ask for your understanding that we can only store a limited number of pushchairs and on busy days there may not be enough strollers available for all guests.
Your children have spent a lovely, long and exciting day at HANSA-PARK on their own and now want to be picked up? Well, just ask them to wait at the HANSA-PARK bus and coach car park at specially designated parking areas. Please make sure not to obstruct coach traffic and their passengers, though.
On the ground floor of our Service Centre, you’ll find large and extra-large lockers at EUR 0.50 and EUR 1.00 respectively, where you can safely store all your valuables that you do not wish to carry around in the park. Make sure to remove all things from the locker that you will probably need during your stay before you close the locker, as every time you re-open and re-close it, you’ll have to pay the locker fee again.
Please note that HANSA-PARK and its employees cannot assume liability for objects passed to them or left unattended within the area of HANSA-PARK.
Urgently need to tell your friends just how great it is at HANSA-PARK? Use the public coin phone at the entrance area, next to the cafeteria.
It’s never far to a toilet at HANSA-PARK. In addition, special children’s toilets are available.
And for visiting wheelchair users, there are toilets located throughout the park:
It’s no fun without a good share of spills on the Super Splash and the Wild Water Ride. We make sure that you don’t have to walk around wet. Use the equipment provided to blow your hair as well as your clothes dry. Should you be more than just a little wet, our staff at the Service Centre will be happy to assist you and – subject to availability – offer you a set of spare clothes while you are waiting for your own ones to dry.
Enjoy an earthy outdoor experience and book one of our trapper lodges adjacent to the Wild West town of Bonanza City. One lodge accommodates groups of 20 persons who will have plenty of space at rustic and cosy tables and benches. A charcoal barbecue can be provided at the small cleaning fee of EUR 10.00; a barbecue set and tasty treats can be purchased at fair prices. As the lodges are very popular, reservations are a must. The key will be passed to you at the main entrance; a EUR 10.00 refundable deposit will be collected

There is no need for you to bring along your own transport. Simply hire one of our nine new, free- of-charge wheelchairs. Go to the main entrance, communicate your personal details to the staff, pay a refundable deposit and off you go on the handy help.
The staff at our Service Centre will be pleased to change common currencies into Euro at the day rate.
Infants and toddlers want to feel comfortable, too: nappy changing rooms and private corners to breastfeed your baby are available in the Service Centre at the main entrance, at the Children’s World next to the make-up point, at the refreshment kiosk in the Pirate Land, next to the Tienda Textiles in Mexico and at the Wild Water Ride at the Lumberjacks’ Camp.
