Expert Knowledge in the Leisure and Tourism Industry Sector (IHK-certified)

In co-operation with Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein, a business academy, HANSA-PARK-Akademie offers the Park’s employees the option to obtain an IHK-certified qualification (expert knowledge in the leisure and tourism industry sector). The qualification was developed by Wirtschaftsakademie in line with our requirements. It can only be obtained at HANSA-PARK.

Further training programme
  • The further training is held over 2 winter semesters
  • Training takes place in February and March
  • The training period is 9 weeks
  • Venue: seminar rooms at HANSA-PARK
  • A test is taken after each semester training
  • After passing the tests, participants will gain the IHK-certified Qualification in Expert Knowledge in the Leisure and Tourism Industry Sector.

  • Principles of the tourism industry sector
  • Claims management
  • Selling with a smile – active sales training
  • Communication training
  • Forming a team
  • Principles of economic trade
  • Sales training – caring about guests and keeping them loyal
  • Store management (e.g. goods receipt, order processes, product placements)
  • Cross-cultural training (e.g. customs and traditions, cultural & social factors)
  • English language training
  • Danish language training
