Tour group coaches enjoy free-of-charge parking if the group visit has been booked in advance

Coach drivers of tour operators enjoy free admission if the group visit has been booked in advance. The ticket will be issued upon presentation of proof, e.g. booking confirmation, or if the coach driver accompanies the group leader to the box office.

At the entrance area there is a group meeting point. Please ask your group to meet there instead of in front of the box offices.

You’ll find the group box office to the right of the Holstentor.
Please note that the group leader is the only one responsible for obtaining the tickets. The coach driver is welcome to accompany him/her; the group members will need to go to the meeting point and wait there.
Please keep your booking confirmation at the ready. You will be denied entry to the Park if you do not hold a confirmed booking.
