Complimentary parking is available to guests over 18 years only as you must be at least 18 years old to drive a vehicle. However, you can use the short-term parking area at the coach car park to drop off your children if you do not plan to visit the Park with them.
Alternatively, you can still gain admission using your PDF ticket or digital season ticket.
So be sure to keep your confirmation email in a safe place.
Technically, it’s not possible to gain access at the turnstiles without the QR code on your season card.

You can purchase the season pass as usual in our online store. You can choose between Print@home (PDF printout) or picking it up here on-site (HANSA-PARK|Card in credit card format).
If the recipient does not agree to the creation of the template, they are welcome to visit the ticket window to the right of the main entrance.
If the season card holder does not give consent to use the template, access to the park is granted based on an identity check (ID card) at the side counter of the Service Center. In this case, the season pass cannot be purchased in the online store, but only in person at the Service Center.
Gift certificates purchased at HANSA-PARK or in the online store on or after September 30, 2023, can also be redeemed in our online store.
You can use the season card digitally on your smartphone either by using the included wallet file or by opening the PDF file.
You also have the option to save the season card within the HANSA-PARK app. Simply scan the QR code, verify it with your date of birth, and you’re all set.

2. Have your season pass ready at the entrance, either as a printed PDF or in digital form. Upon your first visit, the pass will be personalized using a template directly at the entrance.
The season pass can also be used in the HANSA-PARK app: Please check to make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device. Then follow the steps provided in the app.
You can obtain an additional HANSA-PARK|Card in credit card format free of charge once per season at the ticket office or the Service Center.
