HANSA-PARK is one of the best amusement parks in Germany

Once again Check 24 – Germany’s biggest price comparison shopping website – named the 10 best amusement parks in Germany this year. In an online voting, users could state their favourite amusement park.

At 1,400 votes HANSA-PARK came in second, preceded only by Phantasialand.

“We are very proud of this award and very happy that our guests took the time to vote for us of their own accord. We feel highly motivated to continue to make the Park more attractive for our guests, be it by adding new rides, such as Awilda’s Adventure Ride and Awilda’s Lookout in the upcoming season, or by realising the 8th construction phase of our historic Hanseatic façades which, piece by piece, contribute to the overall theming of HANSA-PARK,” comments a happy Christoph Andreas Leicht, managing partner of HANSA-PARK, the result.

HANSA-PARK is one of Germany’s most popular Theme and Amusement Parks

In its latest social listening report about Germany’s most coveted Products and Services 2020, F.A.Z.-Institut für Management-, Markt- und Medieninformationen GmbH evaluated some 20,000 companies in the period from 1 December 2018 to 30 November 2019 and made its decision based on 438 million online sources. The institute analysed six relevant topics and two other important aspects to measure the attractiveness of a product and service respectively. Apart from factors such as price-performance ratio, customer satisfaction, quality, service, recommendation and popularity, the analysis also looked at two other important aspects, namely emojis used and the degree of virality.

Under the multi-step data analysis, all texts were first filtered from the internet and stored in a database. Afterwards, they were analysed by category and converted into points using a specific method.

HANSA-PARK scored 81.9 out of 100 points, which assured the Park of a 4th place on the sector ranking in the Theme Park and Amusement Park category.
“The result demonstrates that our guests find our Park highly attractive, not least due to the new attractions the Park adds every year. In the upcoming 2020 season our novelty will be Awilda’s World. We are very happy about the result,” says Christoph Andreas Leicht, managing partner of HANSA-PARK.
