The 2026 season ticket is valid from the start of the season on 26 March 2026.
And this is how it works:
- Season ticket holders will enter the Park via our biometric entrance control. We will create a template of your face when you enter the Park for the first time to personalise your season ticket. The template is a kind of ‘face template’ that will be stored in our system as a sequence of numbers which cannot be re-converted to identify a person.

- If you as a season ticket holder have not given your consent to have your template used, you cannot enter our Park through the turnstiles and/or the pushcart entrance gates but need to present your identity card, and a visual inspection will be carried out each time you wish to visit the Park. Please go to our service booth at the entrance area prior to each visit. You can also not buy the season ticket in our online shop but instead need to obtain it from our service centre at the main entrance to the Park.

No matter whether you wish to buy a season ticket for yourself or give it away as a present, you can easily and conveniently buy it online. Simply enter your full name and date of birth as well as a valid email address. When you visit the Park for the first time, we will create a template of your face to personalise your season ticket and you are done.
The season ticket will be provided in PDF format. If you prefer a credit-card size HANSA-PARK card, just ask for it at the box office or in the service center.
Note on using the digital season ticket: Please check whether the latest app version is installed on your mobile device. Then please follow the steps instructed there.
General Information
- Get your 2026 season ticket at the price of € 135 per person
- Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
- Only the holder of the season ticket him-/herself is entitled to enter HANSA-PARK as often as he or she wishes from the start of the 2026 season until the end of the 2026 season during the Park’s opening times. Please go to www.hansapark.de/opening-times for our opening times schedule and the days the Park is closed. The upcoming season is expected to start on 26 March 2026 and end on 25 October 2026 with 214 opening days. Please note that all season data, the Park’s opening/closing days and times as well as the attractions in operation may change at any time. Occasionally attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. Any claims for refund or partial refund of / reduction in admission fees are excluded.
- All operating ride attractions, shows and join-in attractions are included in the entrance fee. A charge may apply to some of the offerings such as Gold Prospecting. Please check the notice boards in the Park as well as our website at www.hansapark.de and our free-of-charge app for the latest information on attractions in operation.
- The ticket is personalised and non-transferable. By scanning the QR code the ticket holder can enter the Park through the turnstile at the main entrance. When you visit the Park for the first time, the system will personalise the season ticket by creating a face template that will be irrevocably assigned to the season ticket.
- The purchase price will not be refunded - neither in full nor in part – and/or it is not possible to transfer the ticket to another season. This also applies in the event the authorities order the Park closed.
- By purchasing or using the 2026 season ticket you accept the Park Rules and Regulations (notice boards in the Park or published at www.hansapark.de) as well as our Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.
